All orders are shipped the same or next business day. We do not sell merchandise that we do not physically have (pre-order) that is currently in our warehouse and ready to ship. We do no such thing. Order Cancellation Policy: Customers must notify us immediately by email with the order # in the subject line if they wish to cancel. Cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. If we do not receive the email in time, it will be shipped the same day and you will be responsible for shipping costs and return fees. We are not responsible for missed emails regarding cancellations.
Stolen Packages: Insurance and purchase coverage do not cover porch theft after delivery. Delivered packages are your responsibility. If concerned, send it to your safe office, workplace or friend's house. If your package is stolen, please contact the carrier immediately and file a police report. Expensive packages require a signature, so return home or send to your work address if necessary.

FedEx Rates: Orders placed with FedEx rates are our preferred shipping method. FedEx ground for heavy/large packages and prefer smaller ones. Ships the same or next business day as quickly as possible. We cannot ship to PO Boxes via FedEx. If using FedEx please change your address to a physical address.

USPS Priority: Orders placed in the morning usually ship out the same day. Orders are usually placed after 10am on the next working day. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.
USPS First Class Mail: Orders placed before 10 a.m. usually ship the same day. First Class is the slowest shipping method, so please take your time if you choose this option. We recommend priority 2-3 day shipping for cheaper rates. The first class may take a week or sometimes 2-3 days. This option has no guarantee. First class is only for small packages under 1 pound. We can ship in a padded envelope.
Fedex Home Ground packages are shipped the same day if ordered before 10am. This is the fastest method if you are in the southeastern United States. Orders placed for weekend delivery on Monday. View our land map to see when your order will arrive:

No sale to minors! Period! Strictly 18+. Ultimately, it is up to you to check your existing laws and codes before purchasing. All sales are made within the state of Georgia and you contract with a specific shipping company to your state.
Orders to APO, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Wake Island, Alaska and Hawaii addresses are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS). Orders are packaged (usually within 24 hours) and shipped via US Priority Mail Service - fully insured and signature required (cost included).
Canada - Your government is horrible and holds packages for 5+ weeks of customs + high tax fees. We suggest ordering from a Canadian home store or be prepared for a long wait. Use a courier - see above.

A quick note about our return policy: Airguns are considered hobby grade electronic products. Airsoft products are not consumer grade toys. These are fragile electronic devices that can be easily damaged without proper care. It is also considered a weapon in some jurisdictions, so like a real gun store, we have an 'all sales final' policy. However, to keep our customers happy, we have the following exclusions from all end-of-sale policies:
Exchange of certain products is permitted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are made only for manufacturer defects or shipping damage during shipping. If an item is damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact customer support immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are usually for the same product, but we will consider other exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not earnings. Exchanges are for the same or similar item in case of defect or damage. Exchanges for manufacturer defects are at our discretion to proceed directly through us or the manufacturer. After 14 days, the warranty is always through the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping or transportation costs to us for all exchanges and defects.
Returns: We do not offer returns on any of our products. Due to the nature of Airsoft products all sales are considered final. Exchanges for defects are within 14 days only. We offer some return exceptions on a case-by-case basis, but generally all sales are final.
Firearms Warranty: Firearms warrants directly through the manufacturer on all rifles. Umarex, G&G, Valken, ASG and others have extended warranties of 30 days - 1 year depending on the item. Contact the manufacturer regarding warranty for defects. Airsoft Atlanta does not cover returns/warranty for firearms with manufacturer defects after 14 days. Items outside this realm are covered by the 14-day exchange policy above. We do not cover shipping costs.

Please email us to request your RMA # before returning your product and include the RMA # on the outside of the package and your contact information on the inside.
We are very busy with sales volume so please allow 7-10 days to process an RMA for an exchange or refund. Email us if it's been more than 2 weeks since we received your RMA so we can follow up.
Same policy as above (online sales) - if you have a defective product or warranty issue, bring your item and printed receipt to the store within 14 days of purchase. If a fault is found, we will offer to repair the product free of charge, exchange the same item or issue store credit (unless the original product is in stock). We only offer exchanges in the case of identifiable manufacturer defects. All sales are final in cases not discussed above.
